Family Forest Fish Passage Program (FFFPP) Grant Cycle Schedule

Event Description or Location
 
Anytime Landowner applies Landowner requests an Application for Fish Passage Barrier Evaluation from the Small Forest Landowner Office at the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and submits it to the office. Applications are available on the DNR's website at http://www.dnr.wa.gov/sflo/fffpp/
Ongoing Barrier is assessed  A field technician will contact landowner to make a site visit to assess the fish barrier.
June 30- December (annually) Barrier is prioritized  The barrier will be prioritized within its watershed. After the annual application deadline of June 30, landowners will be notified of the priority of their project for the following year.
January (annually) Barrier is funded when it becomes a high priority  The barriers presenting the highest benefit to fish habitat are fixed first.
