This diagram shows an overview of the application process for the Recreation and Conservation Funding Board (RCFB) Youth Athletic Facilities Account Program. For the most part, we reproduced the information from the RCFB application manual after eliminating references to specific dates. We encourage persons interested in the more detailed version to review the upcoming application manual when it becomes available.

Applicant: Provide Application Materials to RCFB

RCFB: Sends Notice of Completion or Deficiencies

RCFB: Applicant Contact & Possible On-Site Inspection

Applicant: Technical Completion Deadline

RCFB: Conduct Evaluation

RCFB: Conduct Funding Meeting
