Install PRISM

PRISM System Requirements

• Open internet connection
•  Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7.  Sorry, we do not support Macs.
• 240 megabytes of free hard disk space.
• Your firewall must allow port TCP port 8090 to access the internet.

If you do not have administrative rights on your computer, you will need to have a system administrator install PRISM for you.  Please contact us for technical support

New PRISM Install

Internet Explorer users

1. Install PRISM.
2. Select “Open (or Run)” and run the installation. You will get a security warning that the publisher cannot be verified. Just ignore, and click “Install.”
3. You may get prompted to install Crystal Reports and Microsoft .NET Framework – if so accept and install.
4. That's it! PRISM is now installed on your computer.

If you do not have an account in PRISM and you need to start an application or edit existing data, please request a new account. If you just want to view grant information in PRISM, then just check the "read only" box at the log on screen.

Firefox Users

The PRISM install must be run (or opened) from the Web site, not saved and then installed. Firefox, by default, only will allow you to save the PRISM install. To get around this, you can either temporarily uninstall Firefox or temporarily make Internet Explorer your default browser.
