PLEASE NOTE: You do not need a user name and password if you only want to view and not edit data in the PRISM. Just download and install PRISM and, in the login screen, put a check mark in the "Read Only" box. The information you enter here will be used to issue you a user name and password, and to create an account for you in PRISM. Some information, such as your name, work telephone, work fax, and organization will be available to the public.
