About Project Search
Use this feature to get lists of projects or charts and find individual projects; then view project details on those projects through Project Snapshots.
Information is real-time data from the PRISM database.
Most but not all programs are included, and all projects statuses except "Potential" are included.
Selection Criteria
- Click on the bright blue criteria links (Organization, Geographic Area, etc) to select specific criteria. These selections will filter the search for projects.
- Select one of three formats:
- "Benefits" (called “Metrics” in PRISM) show what the project accomplished or plans to accomplish. A few selected metrics are used for these charts.
- Different types of projects have different benefits.
- Two charts will display for each benefit; one with benefits by Project Status and one by County.
- Six charts show projects by project type, project status, theme, fiscal year, county, and funding source.
- A table of projects that shows funding source and agreement amount.
- Click "Search" button to see results.

Project Benefit Charts:
- Because not all projects have final benefit data, you’ll sometimes see the message “Benefit data is not yet available for selected criteria”.
- Pie charts are used when there are 15 or fewer sections; bar charts for more than 15.
- Hover cursor over chart section to see percents.
- Hover cursor over legend to see definitions.
Project Category Charts:

Project Listing:
- Click on a project number or name to see more project details on a Project Snapshot.
- Use Print button to send a copy of the listing to default printer.
- Use Export button to create a comma delimited file of listing data.
Project Details
- Click on any chart section to see more information (a project listing for that section will display in a new window).
Project Benefit Charts:
- This listing shows details for the selected benefit. It uses information from the sponsor’s final report if project has been completed, otherwise from the project agreement when available, otherwise from the grant application.
- Click on project number or name to see more project details on a Project Snapshot.
Project Category Charts:
- This listing shows project funding source and amounts.
- Click on project number or name to see more project details on a Project Snapshot.
