PRISM - PRoject Information SysteM
PRISM is a computer system open to the public to apply for grants, review information on funded grants, and produce reports about projects.
The system provides:
- Information on more than 11,000 proposed and completed projects at your fingertips.
- Paperless applications – online submission of grant applications.
- Up-to-date information on the status of applications, contracts, and bills.
- Electronic storage of contract documents.
- Summary or detailed reports.
PRISM has several components
PRISM User Accounts
If you need to apply for grants or edit data in PRISM, you will need to create a PRISM user account.
If you are interested in only viewing PRISM data, we recommend you use PRISM Project Search. This web based tool will allow you to search for any project in the PRISM database by using the search criteria or the interactive map. Once you have found the project using Project Search, you will be able to view Project Snapshot that displays current project information along with photos and project attachments.
You may also use PRISM 2007 to view project data in the PRISM database. For this level of access, you will need to download and install PRISM 2007 on your computer and then check the “Read-Only” box on the LOGIN screen.
