Below is the order of presentation for comments to the Board.  This comment period is optional and Regional Organizations and Lead Entities can decide how and whether or not they want to provide comment.  The comment period will begin at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 2006, with each Regional area having up to 25 minutes to comment on its project list and/or the process.
