Salmon Recovery Funding Board Monitoring Strategy

  • The SRFB is interested in having the Forum review and validate its allocation of monitoring funds. 
  • How should the Forum respond to SRFB’s interest?

How do we forge a statewide perspective on monitoring and related data management issues?

  • Should we participate individually, or under one banner, at the Northwest Environmental Information Sharing Executive Summit (NWEIS)?
  • Unified role during the legislative session?  (How do we respond to monitoring questions posed by the legislature?)
  • Should the Forum endorse or facilitate joint monitoring grants? (Do we need business rules to guide how we do this?)
